1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Internationally to selected countries (subject to customs regulations)

2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Custom-made, engraved, or resized jewellery may require 7–14 business days or more, depending on the design.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to delay shipment if additional verification of payment or information is required.
3. Delivery Timeframes
UAE Deliveries
- Standard Delivery: 1–5 business days
- Remote areas may require additional time.
International Deliveries
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Secure Packaging & Insurance
All jewellery is:
- Carefully inspected before shipment
- Securely packaged in protective and discreet packaging
- Shipped via trusted courier partners
- Fully insured during transit (where applicable)
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided). You are responsible for monitoring delivery updates.
7. Delivery Requirements
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
- Mahalux Gold and Diamonds is not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Public holidays
- Natural events or force majeure circumstances
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with household members or building management.
- Contact the courier directly.
- Notify us within 3 business days of the delivery status.
We will assist in initiating an investigation with the courier. Resolution is subject to the courier’s claims process.
