Mahalux Gold and Diamonds – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving their item(s).
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted unless otherwise required by UAE law.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

✔️ Unworn and unused
✔️ In the same condition as received
✔️ With original packaging, tags, certificates (e.g., diamond grading) intact
✔️ Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Items that have been resized, altered, engraved, or customised are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery
  • Engraved or resized pieces
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Types

a. Change of Mind

  • Return for a exchange within 14 days.
  • Items must be in original condition.

b. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your jewellery is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will inspect and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at mahaluxjewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971556440848 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Jewellery must be sent via insured and trackable courier.
  4. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all documentation.

Return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is damaged or incorrect, Mahalux will cover return shipping.


5. Inspection & Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected (which may take up to 7–10 business days):

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Refunds will exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

You may exchange your jewellery for another item of equal or higher value within the return window.
For exchanges where the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid before shipping.


7. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UAE consumer protection laws. You may be entitled to further remedies through UAE consumer protection authorities if your rights are not respected.
